Shipping and Delivery:
Many of the upscale baby gifts, unique baby products, and/or specialty baby items with several fabric or style/size options may be drop-shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Once orders are placed with Posh Baby Gear, they are usually filled the following business day. Exceptions are noted within the product details.
Military Addresses: In thanks for your service, Posh Baby Gear will gladly ship to military addresses via USPS, free of charge. Please note that we have no control over the transit time to a military address.
Returns and Exchanges:
Posh Baby Gear stands behind our upscale baby merchandise and believe you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, we will be glad to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of items. The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Posh Baby Gear inspects our merchandise carefully upon receipt from our manufacturers, but if you feel you have received an item with a manufacturing defect please call us immediately so that we may replace the item.
Shipping and handling fees on your original purchase are non-refundable, but will be applied to an order exchange.
Refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. If you prefer, Posh Baby Gear will be happy to issue a credit in the form of a Posh Baby Gear gift certificate.
